I was going to repeat IU's Diet for final Day 6, but then I changed my mind to use Shantokki's Diet instead. Who is Shantokki? As I know, Shantokki is a korean youtuber that got viral because her diet revelation video (above), she talked about how she lost weight by eating 6 boiled eggs, 2 toast and a coke zero. Many people tried the diet also and it worked. On her video, she also stated that her diet is not healthy but she chose to do it anyway, but she warns people to do it only for a week, she also stated that she exercised while on diet. I will tried her diet for breakfast and lunch, but I happened to have wedding reception to go to, so I might cheat a lot on my dinner. I was thinking about trying her diet for next week to clean the fat after my birthday celebration. Almost perfect. Hahaha, at least not mushed together. These is my breakfast, 2 Medium-Hard Boiled Eggs. I ate it with a cup of green tea. Her diet lunch are consist of two boiled eggs, a toast and coke zero. She recently shared her diet sandwich recipe (which is not an actual recipe, just how she eats it), and I followed it. She kept saying add one more toast not going to make you fat, I cut my boiled egg and put it on my bread, then toast it, another boiled egg will be eaten as it is. And coke zero! She said that she is a sweet tooth and drinking coke zero while on diet will help to suppress your sugar craving. And yes, I'm waiting for it, too much. I was out of control at dinner, ended up eating a lot of meat, salad, and dessert. At home, I drank organic green tea to close my night. Thoughts on ShanTokki's Diet I just tried these for breakfast and lunch, so not commenting much. Quite full, but imagine eating toast and egg everyday might bored you, I decided to hold it until next week probably. On my birthday week, I'm going to eat what I wanted to eat anyway, but still controlling here and there, hopefully not yo-yo ing back to 70 kg. I don't know how but my weight and even my body fat were not changed at all, on Sunday morning. Amazed. And here comparison side by side, before and after diet. You might lose more than me, since I cheated and replaced meal here and there, and also I didn't exercise at all during my diet, only regular work on the table. May I do it again? I might. Oh yeah, I'm 170 cm tall, if you are curious.

Arrived at the final Korean Idol's Diet. She eats only once a day, she combines diet with intermittent fasting, and she eats all-time-diet-foods ; sweet potatoes, chicken breast and boiled eggs. The picture don't show how much the quantity of each ingredients, so I decided to calculate myself. I already said on my pre-diet that I was going to do these Korean Idol Diet for 6 days, but I forgot that tomorrow, I have wedding reception to attend to, so I might cheat (not might but will cheat). I also planned something that I want to try tomorrow, it's a diet from Korea also, but instead of an idol, it's a youtuber. I'm going to weight myself after these diet, before tomorrow dinner feast to see my progress. I really wish that I lost 2-3 kg, but considering these morning's weight, I don't think so, but hey my body fat are lower, so hooray for that. In the morning, I drink my usual cup of tea. Got a light headache because skip breakfast, and probably because midnight hunger. I don't know how much she actually eats for her diet, but these is how much I'm going to eat for lunch. It's a baked chicken breast (instead of frying it, I baked it), 2 Medium Boiled Eggs, and 2 Sweet Potatoes. I was so full, I think I cooked too much food for one meal. In the evening, I'm kind of sleepy and dozed off for an hour before go back playing games with my friends till 1 AM. Not hungry at all, I replace breakfast and dinner with one cup of organic green tea. Thoughts on Seol Hyun's Diet I did intermittent fasting before, so it's not that difficult for today. Just in the morning, I was really hungry and kept drank a lot of water to suppress the hunger. The menu is also lack of fiber, almost every diet that I did these week are lack of fiber anyway. I know I shouldn't be obsessed with my weight change. But these record is for you guys, whoever are reading these. My weight in the Saturday morning after my morning routine, I lost 0.5 kg with 100 gr fat of it. So I probably lose my water weight that I didn't lost yesterday.
So in total 5 days of Korean Idol Diet, I lost 1.8 KG, with 914 gr body fat lost. I expect 2-3 kg before, but hey, this is good, I'm still alive and strong, and I lost almost 1 KG of body fat. My stomach felt slimmer, even though my jeans still tight. LOL. After starving my self on Day 2 with IU's Diet, I moved on to Kang Sora's diet. I don't know who is Kang Sora anyway, actually from all the Korean Idol's diet that I follow right now, I only know IU, Suzy and Soyou. Just a version of more calories and satisfying of IU's breakfast. I chose Heavenly Blush's Greek Yogurt because the apple flavor, so they have an apple sauce and a chunk of apple bites on it. I mixed the yogurt on the apple to make a simple fruit salad. Before eating it, I drink a glass of water with Apple Cider Vinegar with cinnamon powder. A little bit review on these brand. I bought these ACV on my last trip to Australia. Barnes Naturals ACV, is not only organic Apple Cider Vinegar, but also have Manuka Honey on it. Extra Healthy. For you who don't like ACV because of vinegar taste of it, you must try these, it's like an apple juice. I love it, and I really treasure it, because it's not sold in Indonesia. I type these on 11 AM, and I'm already starving. I changed the menu again. LOL. Because I'm not in the mood of rice and eat it with a pumpkin soup (which also rare in Indonesia), it's kind of strange. So I decided to change the rice with 2 boiled eggs (sorry, it's hard to peel medium boiled eggs) and pumpkin soup with sweet potato. Oops, it's almost identical with IU's Diet Lunch Menu. In the afternoon, I got really sleepy. I had an early dinner, because I was starving and got a little headache. It's a strange combination of two carbs and vegetable. I ended up adding one more slice of toast with 1 tsp of Nuttvia (less sugar hazelnut spread). Headache was getting worse, with a panadol's help, I slept through the night. Thoughts on Kang Sora's Diet I felt that Kang Sora's diet is only upgraded version of IU's Diet, or maybe my modification made it so. But I finish it with a sleepy head and headache. Hopefully, tomorrow will be better. I didn't recognize Soyou when I saw her picture. I thought she was a random Korean Actress. Turned out, she is the vocal mentor of Produce 48, a show that I love very much. In the show, she was quite a good and strict mentor, I didn't know she was a SISTAR's member, sexiest Kpop Group I know. One sweet potato in the morning is quite OK, not make you crazy-full like Suzy's Breakfast Menu, but not starving also. I ate it with a cup of Green Tea. Toast and Eggs Menu remind me so much of Military Diet's Day 3 Lunch Menu. Ok, these picture proof that I'm suck at boiled medium egg and peel it. Oh yeah, I also ate my gastric medicine, to avoid stomach problem, because my stomach got really gassy today, hopefully it's not because of my gastric problem. Ok, there's no kimbab nearby my area, ven on Go-Food, so I decide to bought the Japanese version of it, Futomaki. And add Tamago to fill me up, and yeah, I ended up so full. The rice was also so thick. But finally, it's the most decent meal I had so far these week. No headache so far. But at midnight, and maybe because I wasn't asleep yet, I was hungry. Was thinking to add a protein shake for breakfast. Thoughts on Soyou's Diet Not hating it. But I just realized three meals are all carbo; sweet potato, toast and rice. But it's good diet if you are a rice person. I'm not, I'm more into sweet potato and toast. And these is the result. Surprisingly, my weight is still the same, but... my body fat is down 400 gr. Maybe, it was replaced by water weight, since I wasn't exercise at all. It made me so happy, because it's the lowest my body fat percentage ever recorded on Mi Scale 2, since I bought it.
