Setelah seminggu minum Ever Slim Tea, aku mau kasih honest review akan slimming tea ini. Jadi, aku beli teh ini saat Tokopedia Flash Sale, langsung di Everwhite Official Store nya. Sebelumnya, ga pernah sama sekali tahu tentang teh ini, jadi benar-benar beli karena ada promo Flash Sale. Harganya termasuk murah di bawah 100rb buat produk diet, ditambah lagi diskon. Ditulis bahwa produk ini ampuh untuk detoksifikasi, menurunkan berat badan dan kolesterol. Mereka tidak menjanjikan berapa kg yg akan kita turunkan selama 15 hari pemakaian, tetapi menjanjikan PASTI TURUN. Aku minum Ever Slim berbarengan dengan diet Seol Hyun selama 6 hari. Bisa dibaca di sini. Turun ga? Turun banget. Tapi sekali lagi, aku ngelakuin ini sambil diet yang makan sekali sehari. Dan ini Honest Review aku, again aku beli sendiri, ga disponsorin. Rasa ? Rasa sih biasa aja yah, kaya teh biasa. Yang pasti ga pahit. Detoks ? Detoks banget. Aku saranin kalo minum ini pas saat tidak bepergian, krn mules. Jadi aku minum pagi dan malem sesuai anjuran. Nah biasanya mules itu jam-jam makan siang, kadang sebelum kadang sesudah (inget aku cm makan sekali sehari) dan itu bs 2-3 x bolak balik ke Toilet. Pagi entah gimana sih aku normal. Cuma siangnya aja suka mules berlebihan dan yang keluar sedikit atau kadang cair. Dan sekali lagi, ini efek yang aku alamin. Setiap orang berbeda. Efek Samping ? Nah, ini yang aku rasain. Selama pemakaian rutin seminggu itu, aku merasa jantung aku berdebar yah, jadi suka sesak di dada. Ini yang aku alamin dan belum tentu kalian alamin juga. Tapi kalo diukur pake alat pengecek heart rate (aku pake miband 2), heart rate sih normal aja. Hasil? Aku turun 2.1 kg, dan itu dibarengi dengan diet. Yo-yo ? Karena diet aku asal, dan ga dibarengin olahraga. Dan setelahnya aku makan ngasal walau tetep minum teh ini pas malam hari (biar ga mules siang). Berat aku balik lagi. Kesimpulan
Semua sesuai yang dijanjikan mereka akan produk Ever Slim ini. Detoks, iya. Turun Berat Badan, iya. Tapi again, asal diet yang bener juga. Jangan berharap magic, asal minum ini bs makan sembarangan. Tidak ada produk diet begitu, semua tetap perlu komitmen penggunanya.

I know Seol-Hyun already denied these diet, she said that she's not actually eating like those. But the internet know it as "Seol-Hyun Diet", that's why I continue to name it with a quote. I disappointing myself by gaining weight just because of one big cheat meal. So, I decided to put my body in control, by decided to try these diet for 6 days, eating one meal a day. And to accompany these diet, I drink Ever Slim Tea, a herbal slimming tea that guarantee you lose weight. Even though they never said how much, and it's 100% Natural. Again, it's not sponsored. I did buy it myself when it was on Tokopedia Flash Sale. Before I begin the journey, this is my weight before. In my last Seol-Hyun Diet, I did eat too much. That's why for these diet I eat approximately 100 gr chicken breast + 1 Boiled Egg + 1-2 Sweet Potatoes, depend on the size. I drink the tea on morning and evening, obeying the instruction. My Cheat Meal on Day 3's Evening, I limited myself for not eating too much, only one small cup of Gado-Gado (Indonesian Salad, a blanched vegetable with peanut sauce). My weight on Day 4. I lost 1.1 KG, with 597 gr fat. As you guys see, it's expected with these type of fast diet, you will lose the muscle too. And let's continue. Another cheating. I craved caramel popcorn in the evening, and I know I have it. So I control myself by eating it with another small cup (6oz). My body was little bit under the weather, it was raining all day, so I was kind of weak and decided it to call early at night, maybe that's why my body craving sugar. And my Final Weight after Day 6 : Thoughts: Just like what I said on my previous post, I did enjoy these diet. I like Sweet Potatoes and soft-boiled egg, I do cook the chicken however I want it, air-fried obviously not oil-fried. In the morning and evening, I suppress the hunger by drinking a lot of water. I do distract myself by cooking in the morning, and live streaming game in the evening, so I'm not bored and looking for snack. I don't know if the result, whether it was majorly affected by the diet tea or the diet itself. For Honest Review of the Ever Slim Tea, see on my next post. As you guys can see on the result, I lost a lot of muscle and it lower my metabolism, I will definitely gain the weight back. It's not really good for your health, because you want to lose the fat, not the muscle. I lost 2.1 kg in total only a week, which 1 kg is fat and 1.1 kg is muscle. Not good. I will take a break from these crazy diet, to stabilize the weight for a week, before dieting again. I found these on pinterest, and it took my attention instantly. I did it once, but I was so hungry, I broke the diet on Day 1. And now, I decided I'm doing it again for 2nd time. I hated Boiled Eggs before, I even replaced it while doing Military Diet, but since I did my K-Pop Diet, and especially did Shantokki Diet, I started to liking it. And begin mastering it, how I boil and like my eggs; Soft-Boiled Eggs. So, I decided to do these again, right after my Sweet Potato Diet. Above, is my actual weight after one day of cheat meals; actually I'm only ate one meal, but extra heavy, shabu-shabu with gelato, cake and drinking for companion and snack. So I gained back 400gr, but according to Mi Scale 2, I gained back my muscle and only 73 gr of fat. Believe it or not. Monday Breakfast : 2 Boiled Eggs + Dragon Fruit Lunch : 1 Apple + 2 Sweet Potatoes Dinner : Salad + Pan-fried Chicken with veggies and Spam Even though the plan said 2 apple and 2 sweet potatoes, I decide to cut 1 apple only, because I thought my stomach were used to eat 2 sweet potatoes only, and 2 apples just too much. But then on the evening, I started getting a little bit hungry. Tuesday Breakfast : 2 Boiled Eggs + Apple Lunch : Air-Fried Chicken Breast + Salad Dinner : 2 Boiled Eggs + Salad + Orange Today's meal plan is enough satisfying. Not hungry, not full, but OK. I did air-fry my chicken without oil, using flour seasoning, have those fried flavor but not that crispy. Wednesday Breakfast : 2 Boiled Eggs + Apple Lunch : 2 Sweet Potatoes Dinner : CGV Chicken Popcorn Today is kind of modified and cheated meal. I don't have Low-Fat Cheese and I don't like Tomato, so I decided to replace it with another Sweet Potato. For dinner, I went to watch "How To Train Your Dragon 3", so I bought CGV Chicken Popcorn as dinner. I was going to eat salad when I got home if I was hungry, but I didn't, so I skipped the salad. I did cheat, drinking a bottle of tea as movie companion, and eat 3 small pieces of my childhood favorite, Mandarin Cake, a kind of sponge cake from Solo, Indonesia. And these is my weight after 3 days of Boiled Eggs Diet. I know some of the meal plan, suggest a citrus fruit for breakfast, but I didn't know that, so I ate a regular fruit. I also did cheat, but in the end of day 3, I lost 600 gr, which 353 gr of it is fat.
___________________________________ Note : I did continue the diet but on the day 6, my friend encouraged me to accompany her for dinner, and we ended up eating All You Can Eat Sushi.. LOL.. I ended up gained the weight back, and promise myself to be more disciplined next week. |
