Back to another diet~ maybe I should try vlogging my diet. Have you ever found on the internet, a crazy diet that Korean Idol do when they're trying to lose weight. Once, I even shared it on my facebook with caption "No wonder I'm fat." lol After saw these youtube, and she did almost every diet like I do, but she vlogged it, instead blogged it. I was inspired by how much weight she lost, at least she's not like me, who keep bouncing back to previous weight. I decided a week before my birthday, I'm going to try these crazy diet!! Instead using the same diet for a week, I decided to try one idol diet a day. And I skipped Park Shin Hye's diet because that's not diet, that's starvation, eating cucumber for a day, it's crazy (and I hate cucumber). I'm going to do these for 6 days, Monday to Saturday, one Korean idol diet per day. To replace Park Shin Hye's diet, I will do IU diet twice. Let's see what Korean Idol eat for a day, first. The first time I saw these diet, I was thinking it's freaking crazy!! But hey, sometime I could go on with only sweet potato, so I was thinking I'm might be able to go through these. And of course, I might modify it here and there to suit my taste. I was thinking to replace all rice meal with sweet potato or toast but let see, maybe in that point I was starving to death or already sick with all sweet potatoes.
Anyway, I love sweet potatoes and egg. Hopefully these diet do not change that. And these is my weight before Korean Idol Diet, weighted on Monday Morning, 10/09/2018 with Xiaomi Scale 2, after my morning routine. Pardon me, after yesterday fast food breakfast, lunch and Pempek Dinner. ( A sinful day before torturing myself for a week.)
