I felt that I ate healthier food than my normal day, but I had really low energy, lost appetite and constipated, which make my body uncomfortable. But it's a great challenge to control yourself. Is it healthier from other diet? Don't know. But again, if you want to do these challenge, please and please contact a Dietitian or Nutritionist before. Because it might be dangerous. I almost gave up because I felt really miserable on Day 4, and thought it's not worth it and that's not how my body works, that's just prove how my body need carbs (not added sugar).
