When I saw the menu, hey these ain't bad. The reason I chose these diet for my Day 1, because I have my leftover lettuce from last week, so I decided to have it before it went bad. I replace Low-Fat Milk with Unsweetened Soy Milk and Brown Rice with 2 Boiled Eggs. The picture not specially said how much the food to be taken, anyway. These is actually quite a Big Breakfast. And I was only using 2/3 of my chicken breast portion. I baked my sweet potato for 45 minutes, using a coconut oil to rub it before went to the oven, no seasoning. For my chicken breast, I dip it into a bit of flour, egg and bread crumbs, and baked it for 20 minutes, a little bit spray of olive oil to make it crust not soggy, salt n pepper seasoning. Last but not least, 200 ml unsweetened soy milk. And I'm full. Totally full. First of all, I hate Boiled Eggs, to tolerate it, I cooked it medium, not too soft and not too hard. One of them was cracked when I tried to open it. It was simple, hopefully not hungry till a big dinner. I ate the salad with thousand island dressing. It's not three, but two sweet potatoes, I cut it because it was too long. I baked it for 45 minutes with coconut oil rub, no seasoning. I bought two types of sweet potato for these diet, one is Japanese type, and another is Cilembu (Indonesian / Local Sweet Potato). Both are sweet and both are my favorite kind of Carbo. Thoughts of Suzy Diet It's full and satisfying. I cheat a little, by eat a spoonful of fried noodle, before stuffing myself with sweet potatoes dinner. Oh yeah, I also drink Organic Green Tea throughout my diet to help detoxing my bowel. I don't hate the diet, and might using the menu for my daily meal. IU's diet is the second craziest among Korean Idol Diet, the first one is still Park Shin Hye's and I'm not going to do it unless I'm desperate (maybe). Since Tuesday is a public holiday, and I don't have plan to go somewhere and already schedule it to dye my hair. I have a late breakfast around 10 - 10.30 AM, because it was holiday. I woke up late and handle my dog first, and turned out he had fleas.. Errr... It's just an OK breakfast. With the apple, I also drink Apple Cider with a daze of cinnamon. I know it's kind of small, compare with the previous dinner. But these is what I got. IU's diet started got on me around 3 - 4 PM, when I started getting hungry and can't wait for dinner, which sucks. I was hungry. So, my mind wasn't clear and ended up cheating a bit. I made my Herbalife Protein Shake with these cheat recipe : 2 tbsp shake mix, 200 ml Unsweetened Soya Milk, 1 slice of chocolate bar, 1 tbsp vanilla ice cream. My neck was stiffed and got tired really fast at night, but I still played games till midnight anyway. LOL. Thoughts of IU Diet Back to my original thought when I first heard the diet, it's freaking crazy. Starvation. I don't know how IU did these diet with cardio exercise. While on the diet, I watched on youtube that IU secretly fighting Bulimia, because of public pressure on her body. And she does these crazy diet every-time she preparing for her comeback. Korea is crazy. I'm really sad that she felt emptiness on her and stuffed it with foods and she ended up do the diet to lose the fat. IU, you are pretty and a great vocalist. Yes, once I said that you're not a good on acting, but please take care of your body. I don't recommend these diet, unless you are willing to take the risk and starved. I weight myself on Wednesday's Morning after morning ritual, and here the result. I lose 1.3 KG and almost 400 gr fat already. And of course another 900 gr could be my muscle or water weight. Let's see how it would turn up at the end of the diet.
