Next week, I'm going to have a short trip with my friends, a whole group are going to go together explore a new city, where one of my girls will celebrate her wedding. Really excited about it. In these wanderlust journal, I made the planner from the planning the trip part, during and journal the memories on it.

I made these weekly Layout using Canva website. I've been using Canva a lot, especially for all of my Youtube Thumbnail, because I'm not good at using Photoshop. It's really easy and also Canva provided variety of templates for us to choose if you don't want to make it from scratch.
The inspiration is from Erin Condren, because I want to try it, but it's not available in Indonesia, where I live. I want to experiment with digital stickers and pictures for these month of April. I felt that I ate healthier food than my normal day, but I had really low energy, lost appetite and constipated, which make my body uncomfortable. But it's a great challenge to control yourself. Is it healthier from other diet? Don't know. But again, if you want to do these challenge, please and please contact a Dietitian or Nutritionist before. Because it might be dangerous. I almost gave up because I felt really miserable on Day 4, and thought it's not worth it and that's not how my body works, that's just prove how my body need carbs (not added sugar). |
